One Week Post Ironman Wisconsin

The first ice cream after Ironman Wisconsin! One scoop of cookies n’ cream, one scoop of chocolate chip cookie dough from The Chocolate Shoppe in Madison, prior to this, I had a vanilla milkshake at Dotty Dumpling’s Dowry with my family.

Monday night’s ice cream from Baskin Robbins: cookies n’ cream and chocolate chip cookie dough

Tuesday’s First Pint from Bobtail Ice Cream: Cookies n’ Cream

Tuesday later the night I had Bobtail: Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Wednesday I had Bobtail’s Mango

Thursday I had Haagen Daaz Dulce de Leche, plus one pint of Edy’s slow churned chocolate chip cookie dough

Friday, I went to Bobtail with my friend Kate, and had a pint of cookies n’ cream, and later had another pint of Edy’s slow churned chocolate chip cookie dough

Yesterday, I forgot to document, but I went to Bobtail (can you tell a theme? I might like Bobtail, just a little bit), with my friend, Mo, and ate a pint of cookies n’ cream. And later had a pint of Edy’s slow churned chocolate chip cookie dough.

Today, I had a vanilla shake from M Burger, and tonight I finished off the Gallon of Edy’s slow churned chocolate chip cookie dough that I bought on Thursday.

It has been a very fun week of fulfilling my dream as an ice cream lover.  It was so fun to just have fun and enjoy! I seriously love ice cream.  It is my favorite food in the world, and if I had to, I could live off of it.  Clearly, I am not lactose intolerant, because I didn’t have an GI issues all week;) lol.  Thanks everyone who shared in my ice cream loving fun this week! Look forward to celebrating after Ironman Arizona, but tomorrow, starts the training for IMAZ, so it’s time to get back to reality, and start getting more important nutrients in my body:) There will still be ice cream treats occasionally, but just not 1-2 pints every day.  The final count, I believe was 12 .5 pints. Unfortunately, no one guessed 12! My coach, and one other person were the closest with 10 pints.  There will be plenty more competitions in the future, in fact, with IMAZ only two months away, you can start guessing how many pints I might eat after that race! Now, I’m sure you all have a better understanding of my love of ice cream!
