I have been trying to come up with how to incorporate Project Neon and how to truly make an impact on the lives of people all around us, and instead of using a different hashtag every month, and creating a different challenge, I wanted to create something monthly where each of you || SHOW HOW YOU NEON || for a chance to win different prizes. My goal with Project Neon is to inspire people to live a fun, fit, and happy life! And ultimately have all of you inspiring others as well. I want everyone to live the best life they can live, and I want all of us to work together to shine our Neon all around.

BIG NEWS!

Most of you know that a couple months ago, I entered into the Oakley Perform Beautifully Contest.  This was a BIG dream of mine.  I wrote a blog post earlier this year about some of my dream sponsors and Oakley was one of them.  You can read about it here.

I’m excited to announce that I was 1 of 10 women picked to be an ambassador for Oakley for the next year, and to go to Napa for a women’s active weekend and to bond with the other winners, ambassadors, and some of Oakley’s athletes.  I can’t tell you how excited I was when I received the news!  I of course immediately started crying and was in shock.  I just couldn’t get over it, all day today!  This news seriously fueled my motivation for my swim this afternoon.

I am so excited to meet the other winners, at the end of June, and to be a part of the Oakley team this year, and to represent such an amazing company that promotes an active lifestyle which I truly believe in.

Thank you to everyone who supported me and voted for me!  You all are amazing!  Now, I can’t wait to go ride my bike tomorrow on the IMWI course!
